Terms 

Artaustralis Pty Ltd Delivery and Shipping Policy

All out products take two to three weeks to be prepared and dispatched from receipt of your order. Depending on where you live total time for delivery will be between three and four weeks.
For all items we deliver Australia Wide using Australia Post or a professional picture delivery service. The cost of dispatch and postage is covered by Artaustralis Pty Ltd.
If you have an urgent order we will endeavour to fill it but this may result in an extra charge if couriers have to be used.
If you are ordering from outside of Australia you should contact us for a quote.

Artaustralis Pty Ltd Refund Return Policy

If an artwork you have purchased from us is defective you should contact us within (14) fourteen days of our dispatching the product to you. Works will be replaced with the same work originally purchased.
How to contact us

1. Contact us by Email artaustralis@bigpond.com identifying the artwork you purchased and the date you received it.  Also provide information about the nature of the defect in the work.  You may provide a telephone number at this time if you wish.
2. When we respond we will ask you to send the artwork to the return address provided.
3. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.
